Primary anchorage

The primary supports for Protecta Panels are 1650mm long star pickets driven into the ground

 approximately 400mm. The performance of the pickets in resisting wind load will be wholly 

dependant on the capability of the soil to absorb the load.Because there are so many different soil conditions,

it is difficult to quantify the ability of star pickets to resist wind loads for all soil conditions.

.A number of base plate fixing options can be used.
