隔离栅编织及特点：编织焊接而成。　　

隔离栅特点：防腐、防老化、抗晒、耐候等特点。护栏网表面防腐形式有电镀、热镀、喷塑、浸塑，镀锌后浸塑。　　

使用效果：

隔离栅主要用于高速公路、铁路、机场、车站、服务区、保税区、露天仓储场、港口等领域的围栏，其产品具有美化环境、坚固耐用、不易褪色、变形等优点。　　

网片尺寸： 1700mm高×2500mm宽/1800mm高×2500mm宽 / 1800×3000 / 2000×3000 / 1500×2500等；　　

丝径( 焊网钢丝直径）范围：&oslash；2.5mm- &oslash；6.0mm；常用规格 &oslash；3.0mm， &oslash；3.2mm，&oslash；3.5mm，&oslash，3.8mm，&oslash；4.0mm；　　

网孔尺寸： 25×75mm-150×300mm；以50×100/75×150/50×200/60×150最为常见；　　

边框： 20×30或20×40mm矩形截面焊管；0.8/1.0/1.2/1.5mm厚方管；　　

立柱： &oslash；48mm×1.0/1.2/1.5/2.0mm厚圆管　　

防腐处理：经除锈、打磨、钝化、硫化等工艺后，采用镀塑处理，色彩为果绿色，镀层厚度为0.6～1.6mm，镀粉采用抗老化性能较佳的进口耐候性树脂粉料，镀层必须颜色一致，表面光滑，不允许有流挂、滴瘤或多余结块。镀件表面应无漏镀、露铁等缺陷。　　

立柱：通常可选择普通圆管，顶端盖有塑料盖或防雨帽。　　

安装配件：网片和立柱靠螺丝和各种特殊的金属卡子或者使用绑丝连接的。所用的螺丝均为自动防盗的规格尺寸可根据用户需求加工订做！　　

隔离栅根据其样式可分：折弯隔离栅，框架隔离栅，波浪隔离栅，双圈隔离栅，双边丝隔离栅等等。　　

表面颜色可选：白色，绿色，墨绿色，草绿色，咖啡色、黑色，蓝色，黄色等等。

二 主要项目的说明

000011.1　适用范围

隔离栅产品目前已广泛应用于公路、道路和市政、园林、机场、体育场等场所。标准内容包括隔离栅的组成和分类、通用技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输和贮存等内容

000011.2　产品组成和分类

隔离栅产品由网片、立柱、斜撑、门、连接件等部件组成。立柱、斜撑和门柱整体作为一个分部产品标准。

分别依据隔离栅网片的成型工艺、立柱断面形式、防腐处理形式对隔离栅的网片和立柱进行分类。在立柱中加入方管立柱和燕尾柱，防腐处理形式增加锌铝合金涂层。

000011.3　通用技术要求

000011.3.1　外观质量

对隔离栅的网片和立柱、斜撑、门等组件的通用性能进行说明。

000011.3.2　防腐层质量

隔离栅的所有构件均应进行防腐处理，其防腐形式包括热浸镀锌、锌铝合金、热浸镀铝、浸塑、静电喷涂等防腐处理方法。其中锌铝合金涂层为本标准增加的防腐处理形式。通过盐雾试验、二氧化硫气雾试验以及湿热试验表明锌铝合金的防腐性能较高，在隔离栅网片的应用已很广泛。

标准BS EN10244-2中对锌铝合金涂层钢丝的附着量、均匀性和附着性能等技术要求进行了明确规定。制定的标准中参照BS EN10244-2增加了对其附着量和均匀性的技术要求，其外观质量、均匀性、附着性能和耐盐雾腐蚀性能的技术要求与镀锌层相同。

镀锌层质量技术要求仍然依据原JT/T 374标准中对镀锌层防腐质量的规定。热浸镀铝、浸塑、静电喷涂防腐处理方法的防腐层质量参照GB/T 18226的相关规定。目前我国隔离栅的各类防腐处理方式的应用情况见表1。
